From production in Iran to international markets

Iran Marketing and Entrepreneurship Chamber

The market-development and international-marketing arm of Iranian businesses

The Iran Marketing and Entrepreneurship Chamber was formed to build a specialist network for market development, export marketing, trade relationship building, and easing the entry of Iranian products and services into international markets.

The problem we solve

One of the central challenges of export growth is the gap between domestic production capability and durable access to foreign markets. Many Iranian companies have the production capacity, the product and the technical strength; but succeeding in an international market requires a continuous set of activities: market knowledge, finding customers, negotiation, building a distribution network, local presence, customer relationship management, commercial contracts, after-sales service and the development of international relationships.

The Chamber concentrates on the GCC and CIS markets, working to close the gap between the Iranian producer and the target market through market research, trade relationship building, marketing, sales, legal and contractual services, and after-sales support.

Our mission

To create and grow a commercial network linking Iranian producers, foreign markets, importers, distributors, investors and trade institutions. The Chamber is not merely an advisory group; its aim is to build the operational infrastructure for Iranian business presence and growth in target markets.

Target markets

The Chamber's scope is not limited to a single country. Its regional focus covers two major areas, and alongside them it can enter other international markets according to product capacity and commercial opportunity.

GCC countries

The Persian Gulf markets and the target countries of this region

CIS countries

Markets with the capacity to work with Iranian producers

Track record in regional markets

The group's experience and commercial relationships across the region form the base for the Chamber's trade network and for connecting Iranian producers with importers, distributors, investors and economic actors in target countries. That experience lets the Chamber pursue market development from practical knowledge rather than theory alone.

The Chamber's service cycle

The Chamber's model is designed as a complete cycle. The goal is not simply to find one buyer and close one deal, but to create a repeatable and durable commercial relationship.

Ways of working together

The Chamber can work with companies and factories in several formats. The aim is a shared structure, so that instead of bearing the heavy cost of an independent presence abroad, an Iranian company can draw on the Chamber's infrastructure, network and shared services.

Standard membership

A package of marketing and market-development services under a membership agreement.

Equity membership

Participation in the Chamber's capital structure, with services and privileges set out in the articles and the shareholding agreement.

Project-based cooperation

Delivery of one defined market-development or export project for a company.

Institutional cooperation

Working with chambers of commerce, representative offices and economic bodies through joint projects and programmes.

Why this model works

A principal advantage of the model is shared infrastructure and lower cost. Rather than every factory independently opening an office, hiring staff, commissioning market research, marketing and building a sales network in a foreign market, several companies can use one shared base. This lowers the cost of entry and presence and makes a continuous presence practical.

Our vision

To build an international network of Iranian producers, export companies, importers, distributors, investors, chambers of commerce and economic institutions — a network able to connect Iran's production capacity to the GCC, CIS and other target markets.

From a trade contact to market development

Our aim is an operational, networked and scalable structure that helps Iranian companies turn their presence in foreign markets from an occasional effort into a continuous, professional and measurable process.
