Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of the service

This institute acts as a brokerage for the registration and issuance of international certificates. Certificates are issued by international awarding bodies; this institute is not itself an awarding body.

2. Applicant information

The accuracy of submitted documents and data is the applicant's responsibility. Incorrect information may lead the awarding body to reject the file.

3. Timescales

Assessment and issuance times follow the awarding body's own procedure and are outside this institute's control. Any period quoted is an estimate.

4. Payment and refunds

Fees are collected before the registration process begins. Where an awarding body rejects a file for reasons outside the applicant's control, refund terms are set by the contract for that file.

5. Verification

Every registered certificate carries a tracking code and can be checked through the verification tool on this website.
